Welcome to Ricky Comics ("Ricky Comics," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to place an order through Ricky Comics.

2. Products

Ricky Comics sells comic books, graded comics, graphic novels, trading cards, collectibles, original artwork, and related merchandise.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Product Information & Grading

We make every effort to accurately describe every item we sell and provide clear photographs whenever possible.

Because comic books and collectibles are unique items:

• Comic book grading is subjective.
• Raw (ungraded) comics are sold based on our honest assessment and are not guaranteed to receive any particular grade from CGC, CBCS, or any other third-party grading company.
• Graded comics are sold according to the grade assigned by the grading company. Minor imperfections in the grading case may exist and are not considered defects unless they materially affect the protection of the comic.
• Signed comics are sold as described. Unless authenticated by a recognized third-party authentication service, unwitnessed signatures are not guaranteed.
• Manufacturing defects, printing variations, and normal age-related wear may be present.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing all descriptions and photographs before completing a purchase.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. If a pricing or listing error occurs, Ricky Comics reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before shipment.

5. Payment

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed or shipped. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

6. All Sales Are Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the collectible nature of comic books, graded comics, trading cards, and collectibles, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has shipped.

No refunds will be issued because:

• You changed your mind.
• You no longer want the item.
• You found the item elsewhere.
• You purchased the wrong item.
• You disagree with the condition after purchase when it accurately matched the listing description and photographs.
• Market values increased or decreased after your purchase.
• A third-party grading company assigned a different grade than expected.

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, you receive the wrong item, or an item is missing, you must notify us within 3 calendar days of the delivery date.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the shipping box
• Clear photographs of the packing materials
• Clear photographs of the item
• A description of the issue

After reviewing your claim, Ricky Comics may, at its sole discretion and where appropriate under applicable law, provide one of the following: a replacement item (if available), store credit, or a refund if no replacement is available. Failure to contact us within the required time may result in denial of the claim.

8. Authorized Returns

If Ricky Comics authorizes a return for an approved claim, the item must be in the exact condition in which it was received, unused and unread, free from new bends, creases, fingerprints, stains, tears, odors, or other damage, and returned with all original packaging, bags, boards, slabs, certificates, and protective materials. Items altered after delivery or returned in a different condition may be rejected.

9. Shipping

Orders are shipped within the timeframe indicated on our website whenever possible. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Ricky Comics is not responsible for shipping delays, weather delays, lost packages, or carrier service interruptions. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier has accepted the shipment, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have entered processing or shipping. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

11. Fraud Prevention

Ricky Comics reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive or suspicious activity, and request additional verification before processing an order.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, artwork, photographs, graphics, text, product descriptions, and designs, is the property of Ricky Comics or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Unless otherwise stated, all products are sold "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or future collectible or investment value.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ricky Comics' total liability shall never exceed the purchase price paid for the applicable item(s). Ricky Comics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, ownership, shipment, or use of any product.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to These Terms

Ricky Comics reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
